Key phases in the application of the service
Pre-Event: Preparation and Setup
The goal is to leave the place spotless before the guests arrive, working in parallel with decoration and catering suppliers.
* Surface cleaning: Shaking and polishing bars, tables, chairs and registration areas.
* Perfect floors: Deep vacuuming of carpets or mopping of dance floors and main entrances.
* Bathrooms ready: Washing, disinfection and strategic placement of supplies (paper, soap, hand towels).
* Service areas: Superficial cleaning of the areas where the caterer or waiters will work.
* Final check (Touch-up): A quick crew removes fingerprints on glass or last-minute dirt just before opening doors.
During the Event (Optional Maintenance)
If the client signs a long-term contract, the staff works discreetly to ensure the space remains in good condition.
* Restroom monitoring: Continuous cleaning of wet floors, emptying of waste bins, and constant restocking of supplies.
* Collection of cups and trash: Removal of dropped waste in common areas and emptying of recycling stations.
* Accident response: Immediate cleanup of spilled liquids on the dance floor or in traffic areas to prevent falls.
Post-Event: Eviction and Handover
This stage requires speed, brute force, and organization to return the venue to its original condition within the timeframe stipulated in the contract.
* Mass waste collection: Removal of bottles, cans, disposable plates, food scraps, and abandoned decorations.
* Waste sorting: Mandatory separation of organic waste, inorganic waste, and recyclable materials into industrial bags.
* Deep cleaning of restrooms: Complete disinfection after intensive use by attendees.
* Intensive washing and vacuuming: Removal of sticky beverage stains from the floor and vacuuming of confetti or small debris.
* Removal of bags: Transfer of all accumulated waste to the external containers assigned by the venue.
