Rough Cleaning
This phase focuses on preparing the space by removing the largest construction debris:
* Debris removal: Collection and disposal of leftover materials, wood, and plastics.
* Initial sweeping and vacuuming: Removal of the initial layer of dust from floors and walkways.
* Clearance: Cleaning of corridors and work areas to clear the construction site.
Fine Cleaning
The goal of this stage is to eliminate all residual dust and leave the space spotless:
* Deep vacuuming: Use of industrial vacuums with HEPA filters for walls, ceilings, and ventilation grilles, preventing fine dust from becoming airborne.
